OUR LEADERS

Heather Sheese serves as the Special Needs Director at Outer West Community Church. She is passionate about creating spaces of belonging for individuals with disabilities of all ages as well as their families and caregivers.

Heather believes the church is at its best when individuals with disabilities are fully present, participating, and serving within the community. A mother to a child with a disability, Heather brings both personal insight and extensive ministry experience from the local church where she has spent years helping families with special needs feel welcomed and supported.

Before entering ministry she worked in higher education—both in the U.S. and abroad—as an instructor of English as a Second Language. Heather is the proud mom of three children—Elias Ximena and Joaquin. In her free time she enjoys gardening, kayaking, hiking, and trying new foods.

Tiffany Crawford, founder of Good Co. ministry leader community in San Antonio, TX

Tiffany Crawford has spent over 15 years serving in children’s ministry, where she learned firsthand how quickly passion for kids can outpace the support given to the leaders who serve them. Tiffany is passionate about meeting kids where they are, and providing a safe place for them to encounter Jesus.

Outside of building Good Co., Tiffany is part of the core team at The Table Church in San Antonio. She runs a photography business, capturing real, unposed moments — the same instinct that shapes how Good Co. gathers people: honesty, without performance.

Tiffany lives in San Antonio but wishes she lived on the beach.. She is married to Michael, and together they have 5 adult kids with families, including 3 grand babies and a partridge in a pear tree.
